FAQ
Is your matcha really organic?
Yes! Our matcha is 100% JAS certified organic, ensuring the finest quality without any chemicals.
How should I store my matcha?
For the freshest flavor, store your matcha air-tight and in a cool fridge. This helps retain its vibrant green color and prevents any degradation of nutrients.
How long does your matcha stay fresh?
For optimal freshness, consume our matcha within 3 months of opening. Considering each serving is typically 2g, a 30g tin provides around 15 servings.
How is Sipspa matcha sourced?
We source our matcha directly from organic farms in Japan, ensuring you get authentic and quality matcha every time.
What does "ceremonial grade" mean?
Ceremonial grade is the highest quality of matcha, ideal for traditional matcha ceremonies or sipping straight due to its non-bitter, smooth, and light flavor.
Can I return or exchange my matcha?
Absolutely! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
How much matcha do I need for one serving?
We recommend using 2 grams (or two bamboo scoops) for the perfect serving.
What's the difference between your ceremonial and everyday matcha?
Ceremonial matcha is perfect for traditional preparation and has a smooth, fragrant flavor with no bitterness. Everyday matcha, though slightly bolder, is very high-quality and great for daily beverages like lattes where the flavour can shine through the milk!
