Shipping policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders in Australia when you spend $49+.

• For Standard Shipping, on orders less than $49, we offer a flat rate of $10.00.
  
• Please note that all matcha orders qualify for FREE Standard Shipping!

We use Australia Post and Sendle, and our orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) from Sydney.

We currently only ship to Australia and provide a tracking service on all orders.

Timeframes

• Processing and Handling: 1-3* business days
• Standard Post: 2-6* business days
• Express Post: 1-3* business days

*Please allow an additional business day for all PO Box or Parcel Locker orders.
