You receive an email with the gift card code straight after purchase. Forward it to the recipient, or copy the code into a card of your own.

They shop and redeem
The recipient enters the code at checkout. Any leftover balance stays on the card for next time.

How is the gift card delivered?
By email, immediately after purchase. The email comes to you with the gift card code. Forward it to the recipient, or include the code in a physical card or text of your own. There is no shipping and no waiting.
Does the gift card expire?
Sipspa gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is shown on the card.
Can it be combined with a discount code?
Yes. The gift card is treated as payment at checkout, not a discount, so it works alongside any active sale or discount code. The recipient enters the code and the gift card balance separately.
Can they use part of the value and save the rest?
Yes. If the recipient does not spend the full amount in one order, the balance stays on the card and can be used on future orders until it runs out or the card expires.
Can I add a personal message?
Not at checkout. The gift card email comes to you with the code. The simplest way to add a personal note is to forward the email with your own words, or to write the code into a card or message yourself. It is a small step that makes the gift feel more like you.
What if the recipient cannot use it?
